They serve as bi-vocational ministers. Pastor Edwin works as an Adjunct Professor in Biomedical Engineering and Healthcare Administration at Oral Roberts University and at Life Pacific University and is the Administrative Coordinator for Empowered21. Pastor Debra works as Associate General Counsel for The Foursquare Church providing counsel on Pastoral and Missional Immigration matters, and is an Adjunct Professor of Government at Oral Roberts University.

Before coming to Oklahoma, they served at Angelus Temple Hispanic Foursquare Church in Los Angeles, California since their youth. They served as assistant pastors with young adults and married couples, elders, church council members, and worship leaders (not Pastor Edwin 🙂 ).

Why Okmulgee, Oklahoma? In January 2021, the Holy Spirit spoke to them individually and told them to come to Okmulgee, Oklahoma. They moved and arrived in Tulsa on May 5, 2021. As they have obeyed the Lord, they are restoring a building in Okmulgee. As of February 2024, they hold bilingual services at 2 p.m. at Cornerstone Foursquare Church. Pastors Mickey and Marcie Baldwin and their church council have been amazing at opening their doors to see this ministry start.
